Help!!!! What should I eat?!


Question: Yesterday I ate really oily (sp?) food (mainly a LOT of cheese) at a restaurant. Then I was outside walkingin the heat with no water for a few hours.
When I got home I felt really bad and barfed. My stomach hurt the rest of the day and I continued to barf up a lot of oily water (although I had barely had any). The last time I barfed was 11pm last night.
I feel almost normal right now, just have a lot of burps. What would be the best thing to eat right now (10 hrs after barfing)? I'm really hungry and thirsty but don't want to upset my stomach!!!

Help!!!!

Try some dry toast or crackers and ginger ale. Whatever you eat, it should be bland at first until you feel better.

Soup...or some bread , or soup and some bread (or crackers)

Drink lots of water or flavoured ater, and eat fresh fruit and veg, if it continues consult your doctor.

I'd also recommend getting a glassof lemonade, and adding soe lemon juice or fresh and add half a teaspoon of ground black pepper. DETOX drink
