A magnesium deficiency can cause twitching.
I think everyone has had something happen like this with me my eye was twitching for like a day for no reason i dont know what cause it but just those things
i have it,on the side and top of my eye!wierd becuase i have no health problems!sorry dont know why its happening?!
I do, like a twitch. There are many various reason that could be causing this. In my case it is a medical problem where the muscles are not active enough. Other problems could the muscles being to active, certain nutrition defieciencies, and more.
