I was anemic and it did affect all parts of my life including sex drive. Now that i have been taking iron and am no longer anemic i have a stronger sex drive and more energy throughout the day and wake up feeling much more refreshed in the morning. Anemia is basically not getting enough oxygen in your blood so this affects all parts of your body including your brain which is the center for libido. Also it deprives your muscles so she would tire easier in bed.
