The fiber is a great suggestion when you've cleared up that problem. But for now, I recommend a zinc cream. It will stop the burning and work as a barrier cream. Best place to get it, in the aisle at any store that sells baby supplies. No-name will work just as well as the brand name stuff. Also, you could try cleaning the area with baby wipes. Those I suggest brand name. If you purchase Huggies/Luvs brand in the "natural care" selection. I choose that one because it has no fragrance or alcohol in it (which will burn a raw behind). It contains wipes and water... Good luck!
Add fiber to your diet. You can get bread with 6g of fiber as opposed to the 1 or 2 in regular white bread. Otherwise, good old Preperation H for the pain.
Use baby cream(that stuff in the baby section).
