Over 150,000 people die every day. 345,600 babies are born every day. Obviously, the world wide population is rapidly growing. Interesting question.

:O, you didn't include Jihadist attacks, I'd say that's one of the biggest' :P Anyways, including the number of babies being aborted, I'd say deaths are more than births. Not including abortions, they're about the same.
