anyone in the health field today is infection control savy with the spread of MRSA

What? There are specific guidelines and rules to follow for infection control. i.e. isolation. First off hand washing and gloves and in severe cases gowns, masks and goggles. Workers in the health field are trained on this topic.

I work in a Rest home and Infection control is on the top of list in priorities...Hand washing after any one to one care with a resident...Gloves and aprons are worn when you are doing the personal care..We also use alcohol gel, this is used after washing our hands. All the used Items are put into a yellow bag and sent for incineration.
