Try webmd.com and look up your symptoms. I would go to a doctor, especially since there is a chance you got this from another country!

This is a question best answered by your doctor. He would need to do tests to rule out different illnesses. You can't get a good naswer to this question without an exam, so make an appointment with your family doctor as soon as possible.
When you come back from over seas
you should always go to a doctor who specializes in overseas care.
either call your insurance company and they will tell you who.
or go to your regular doctor and specifically tell him where you are from. the problem with going to a regular doctor is they often don't think to look outside of what they know and the person gets way sicker.
the bruising easily is an especially specific sign that says its something you picked up over seas that we don't generally deal with.

Brusing easily is the symptom that is most compelling in this list. I have searched on this (webMD) and found causes that range for benign to serious. Like other answers in this forum I would agree that going to a doctor is your best bet.
