Did I have a Seizure?!
Question: I was sitting in a recliner one night and I got up and i got dizzy like when your sitting down and you get up to fast. Anyways i just kept walking and when i got out of the room i held on to the door because the dizziness i had. Had almost completely blocked out my vision and my head was just swirling. and just suddenly i found myself lieing on the floor suddenly extremely confused and a blurred memory of my body jerking like crazy for about maybe 2 seconds at most. please help i am terrified that will happen again. there is no family history with medical conditions like that or all.

You woke up knowing that you were jerking? Take it from someone who knows...you have no idea about anything until someone or the EMS people are waking you. I am no doc FOR SURE.... have you had your sugar checked? It could be so many things, I do not want to give advise, just give you food for thought. Were u sleeping and eating properly? Again, food for thought. Please seek medical advise and not those over the internet. This is your life we are speaking of. Good Luck and please Take Care

EDIT: I saw your edit. Believe me; see a doctor. I've had the same thing happen to me (though I did not find myself on the floor, but I did black out upon standing and got incredibly dizzy) and it alarmed my doctor quite a bit.
Either a seizure or a transient ischaemic (vascular) attack.
I have seizures. But i do not move around when i have mine. To me it sounds like you had a seizure. and a big one. I would go to the ER. right now and not take a chance. Because next time you could fall and hit your head. Hurry they will help you!!!!
Um....yeah it sounds like you did have a seizure. I supppose you would know for sure if you are extremely sore the day or 2 days after your seizure. Because during a seizure where you body jerks around the muscles are EXTREMLEY tense and a day or 2 after the seizure the person is very sore.
