well they do this new thing where if your family member needs an organ but you are not a match they find some who is a match for your family, but your organs goes to someone you don't know, but either way you save your family and someone else..
If it was someone I knew and cared about, very possibly. I highly doubt I would put myself through a surgery like that for just anyone.
