The best thing to establish a sleep schedule is to have a place ( a bed) where you rest or sleep. Don't do other things like homework or TV there unless that puts you to sleep. The next thing is, like your nap, go to bed at a regular time weather you sleep imeditaly or not. The habbit will help you get to sleep when you need to.

The scent of Lavender should help you sleep. It's not guarenteed though.

I would either sleep at 3:30 and when I got up again at 9 pm, drink a glass of water, then put on some soothing music and go back to sleep before 9:15. I'd attempt to get up at about or 4 am then so I had a good amount of sleep. You might want to try setting your alarm clock so you wake up at 6pm from your nap, then get to sleep about 10:00.

I think your issue is that your nap of six hours is an almost healthy dose of sleep and you just need two or three more to give you what you need.
Your body will adapt, if you train it to.
