I'm tired of peeing. What can I do?!

Question: I probably go just as much as everyone else, but the other day I started to think about how annoying it is. Constantly having to pull my pants down and pee, then having to wipe, pull them back up. The worst is when you get into bed and it's all cozy, but you can't fall asleep because of the pressure in your bladder.

How much is the minimum you can drink in a day and still be healthy?

Not a good idea. You should be drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day in order to be healthy. Just suck it up and go on with regular peeing. Anything you do that would reduce your amounts of trips to the bathroom per day to be below average is bound to dehydrate you. Dehyrdation can cause irreprable damage to your kidneys and other vital organs as well as your joints. It is something people are hospitalized for.

lmao what the hell...
you must be a fata*s if you're that lazy!
;)

Thank Goodness you are peeing. Just think if you couldn't! or if you'd have to go every 5 minutes like some people. Count your healthy stars!

You can still be healthy on one glass a day, but for how long?
5 glasses is a good amount, 8 glass even better. Don't overdo it though. It's not good for the kidneys.

wow! quit complaining and be thankful that this is your only problem!
