It depends on what you have been consuming, and what they are testing for.
Most substances, except perhaps steroids will be out of your system in a couple of weeks, or at least difficult to detect.
Drinking lots of fluids and strenuous exercise (working up a good sweat) every day should also help speed up the detoxification process.
Another method sometimes used is to carry a baggie of urine from someone you know is "clean", and substitute this for your own. Of course you can never really be sure just how clean the person is.
Also this may prove tricky depending on how the test is administered. Also you have to keep it close to body temperature or they will notice.
The best way to pass a urine test is to never do drugs. Duh!

wow you people are dumb. obviously we all know the best way to pass a piss test is to not do drugs ya fackin idiots. Obviously were looking for another solution here, drugs are likely already in the system.
There are a lot of cleansing products you can use to get it out of your system. Or get a friend to do a sample and bring it with you.
And to all the people saying 'don't do drugs' how dare you. Free will still exists

If you are going to do drugs than you better at least know how to get around testing. Not that I endorse drugs...I also don't oppose them and don't think what you do in the privacy of your home to yourself should be regulated in anyway by the government or judged by people that don't know what they are talking about. I choose not to do them anymore but thats just my personal choice. Enough with the rambling heres whats up/
You can buy products that will clean up your urine, it depends on whether it is in a lab or not. Also look up any drugs or substances that can create false positives and claim you have taken / eaten the recently.

look up reviews before you buy anything...some of it works and some of it don't.
If you only have time to dilute your urine take 1 or 2 vitamen B tablets, preferably B complex because they will darken your urine and make it more natural. Don't take too many or your pee will be flouresent green. And always make sure that you don't pee that morning before taking the test because thats when the bad stuff you don't want them to see is most concentrated.
dont do drugs 30 days before your test...........or you could get someones else urine who doesnt do drugs.......i would NOT go buy something to cleanse your urine because it shows up that you took somehting on your drug test good luck
