Question: I have had a blocked nose for a few days now and no matter how many times I blow my nose, its continously blocked? Why is this? Its as though after you blow its ok then a few seconds later its blocked!!

It sounds like your sinuses are blocked. You need some decongestant tablets, you can get them from your local pharmacy.

Yes, this is normal, because maybe you had little like flu, or nose blocked, from cold , or you are allergic, but, if you like to take off, you can put in one small cup, or, really over one pot with hot water, boiling, hot water , and make breath, for two three time, and after your nose are clean, repeat some time and finally you feel ok, or in shower, keep some minutes your nose, and head in hot water, warm ok, like normally for shower.
