Sleep HELP ME!!!!!?!


Question: I am on spring break and Right now it is almost 5 AM and I should be in bed but I cant sleep an I cant drink milk, and as you r reading this I am listening to music- I am bsy tomorrow so I cant nap or sleep in. I am lookin pale and tired with rings under my eyes- how can I get to sleep- I AM TOO AWAKE!

GO lay down on ur bed with no lights on all off.....and ur arm on ur eyes and ur body facing the ceilling and remember ur good time with ur guy or girl and try to sleep.......calm urself down......don't think abt tomoro.....don't think abt trouble......jus try to relax...iight...

lay down and eventually you will fall asleep

relax, do some pushups, read a short article, go to bed, relax, don't worry about it or you won't fall asleep.

maybe not the best sleep tip, but most sleep tips won't help you RIGHT NOW. If you just want to fall asleep in half an hour, what I wrote is probably the best approach.

lay down and put on a boring movie. make sure youre warm.....warmth makes you tired. then eventually you should doze off.

think of just 1 thing

for example, i used to just keep thinking of a number(no.1), keep repeating 1,1,1,1,1...... then i fall asleep.
