Is this something to be worried about?!

Question: last night i pulled a full all-nighter, i stayed up the whole night and worked without a wink of sleep. in the morning, i headed to school. i felt fine until halfway through first period. it was very random, out of nowhere i felt extremely light headed and dizzy. the feeling is hard to describe, but i almost felt like i wasnt inside my own body anymore. i felt like i was going to pass out. i managed to stayed conscious throughout the whole school day, but i refused to tell anybody because i wanted to stay at school and continue working.

a while after i got home, the strange feeling had settled and i started my homework. i had completely forgot about how weird i felt today, until i got in the shower. it hit me again, except this time i almost collapsed.

could the all-nighter have caused this strange feeling? i pull all nighters all the time and have never had this problem before.

yes! of course it is because you dont eat, that is very dangerous, but i have to say i do that 2. sometimes instaed of dinner i have an apple or something, but i dont do it for weeks. also it might be because you arent drinking water, so drink enough, and eat foooodd. ( if you dont eat breakfast, you can end up gaining 8 lbs a year)

are you eating properly? stock up on some vitamins and water and take some naps when you get home.

The same thing happened to me! Once after I played in a tennis tournament, it was late, and on my way home, I felt a very weird sensation, as if I had been out of my body or something. It was very weird, and yes, I am guessing what we had is due to exhaustion. Don't worry about it. Your body is just trying to tell you to get some sleep.

Look, You need sleep.

That's a great diet. Have you made arrangements for your funeral?
