OMG. Methadone is NOTHING like HEROIN! NOTHING!!!!!!!! If anything Fentanyl is LIKE Heroin. Just 30 times stronger.
Methadone is LONG lasting 24/36 hour half life. It prevents the horrible withdrawal Heroin gives because it keeps all receptors filled. Heroin does to but in one huge whack and it is gone, hence why can o.d. off the stuff, filling everything and than you don't even breath. It is like Heroin is like jumping into Ice cold water (the more you do it, the more tolerence you get)and shivering is the Withdraw; and Methadone your in the water and it gradually gets cooler.
