Supplement for Memory ??!

Question: I'm 35 - I don't remember things as well as I use to.
For example - I can be introduced to someone, even someone I enjoy talking with, and forget their name by the end of the conversation.

I've *never* been great with names - but I think my short term memory is deteriorating.

Also - there are times when I've gone to the store because I'm out of butter or syrup or something - do my shopping - and forget to pick up what I knew I needed the most.

I'm wondering if there is a natural supplement that might help ??

I'm over 35 and if I don't get my B vitamins I could be mistaken for an Alzheimer's patient. Only under the tongue or fizzy supplements work for me. Emergencee powders are awesome. I like drinking these instead of any of the random herbal supplements out there because I worry about my blood pressure but a healthy adult usually can't overdose on vitamins c or b complex as they are water soluble and these are undisputed daily required substances.
The emergencee box comes with 36 packets for less than ten bucks at WalMart. I like to mix 8oz of very cold water or whatever fruit juice I have in the fridge. Good luck to you.

Try Gingko-Biloma, ao acai extract, which can be bought in liquid form. Gingko is tablets, and for both you need to get rest, or they will help you get some sleep.

The most popular natural products for brain health are Ginkgo Biloba, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Fish Oil (Omega 3), Phosphatidylserine (abbreviated PS), DMAE, Huperzine A, Bacopa Monnieri (or Monniera), and Vinpocetine.
There are a LOT of people that get a lot of benefit from any combination of those. I would suggest adding one at a time to your daily regiment as too much too fast can be tough.

I have personally used a few of these and have seen marked improvements in my short-term memory.
