Keep taking Aleve or Advil every 4 hours. Drink plenty of fluids, put cold compress on your forehead.

Give yourself 2 more days unless fever goes up or symptoms change.

maybe 1 more day if taking advil or w.e.
if it doesnt show any signs of improvement. if you think u have the flew maybe wait abit longer.

If you mean a fever of over 100-101 for two days... Times up... go as soon as you can get an appointment.
