disclaimer: I am not a doctor; take my advise on your own accord.

sounds like you are starting to get arthritis. if you have a lot of injuries when growing up, the ligaments that hold the joints together become stretched. the only way to get them tight is through weight training. I would go to a physical trainer for that collar bone that keeps popping out. they could tell you what exercise to do to balance you out.

check your diet, and make sure you are eating enough proteins. you could be eating a lot of carbs and not enough proteins which will put undo stress on your joints.

That brings me to another cause. If you are weight lifting, are you working your body evenly. if not, that can also cause cracking by pulling on the joints improperly.

Dang! You sound like me-and I'm 55! I crashed on my bike, was buried alive in a mining accident, nearly drown, nearly died from an ulcer, was nearly shot, and a few other things over the years. I have cervical stenosis on two levels, thorasic and lumbar disc bulges, a compressed acetabulum, osteoarthritis, bone spurs, degenerative joint and disc disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. If you are like this at 18........
