Exposed insulation at work, now I have headaches, should I see a doctor?!
Question: They've been doing work on the ducts or something in my work, and all the ceiling panels in the whole building are ripped out. Now theres all this exposed insulation above us. I was doing okay until the last week or so, now I'm starting to get headaches. They don't start until after I've been here a few hours, then they go away after I'm gone for a few hours. I'm worried about the effect this may be having on my breast milk too, because I am still nursing my son. Should I go see a doctor about this?

absolutely. it may be an elergic reaction, and its better to be safe.
