I really need help!!!?!


Question: Last night I went to bed at half past 9 and then I went to sleep at 10:00 or 10 mins past. Then I woke up at 12:10 and then went to sleep, then I woke up at 3:44 then from there I was awake!! What should I do, does this happen to you?

Happens to me all the time. I really never sleep the whole nite thru. It sucks. It is frustrating. But after years and years of it I have learned to deal with it. Sometimes when this happens I trick my body into falling asleep by turning on the tv....this way I dont concentrate on the fact that I HAVE to go back to sleep...I watch boring tv and it makes me want to fall asleep. You could also take Melatonin which is NATURAL sleep aid....non habit forming so you won't get addicted. Take it an hour before you are ready for sleep at nite and make sure you give yourself at leasat 8 hours to get a full nites sleep.

You could try an over the counter sleep medicine, like Tylenol PM, or Excedrin P.M., Look in the aspirin section of your supermarket.

If you take it for a few nights, and then stop, and the problem comes back, then it's time to talk to your Dr.

reason if u change ur sleeping schedule it happends alot if u sleep late and then change to sleep early its normal just keep a normal sleeping schedule and u should be ok

It could just be because there is something that you are excited about. But its normal.
