What are the adverse effects of stopping the smoking?!


Question: I have stopped smoking since 15 dayss ago,during these days I have faced with some anexity:I m bored from thinkig alot about phenomenon that I m reluctant to think but my brain keeps thinking to them.
1-if you think my problem is due to the stopp smoking please describe me the exact signs of the stop smoking?
2-Or,if you think my problem is not related to the stop smoking give me some help.
detail:I am very sensitive and I have alot of problem during these days such az phd exam,freinship problem .

You are experiencing withdrawal from the nicotine, receptors in your brain are making you feel this way. They crave nicotine and want it non stop. everything you are experiencing is normal when you quit smoking after some time. It will pass, give it time.
