i have this problem too. get a good nite sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, study a little bit in the car or b4 u leave ur house and wen u take the test relax and keep telling ur self i am going to do really good. read each ? carefully and check ur test b4 u turn it in. nothing can mess u up. in the mean time drink tea and use either a warm or cold compress. drink lots of water and take sum medicine if u still feel sick like tylenol. if these symptoms continue, get medical attention or read books on how to cure this phobia. good luck!!

get some medicine; if don't work seek medical help; you health is more important than you exam.

Try Zicam, works 9 out of 10 times for me to relieve my symptoms and cut the cold time in 1/2. No problem with age, it can be used on children as young as 2.

Get plenty of rest, drink lots of water.

Antihistamines are usually fine for children as old as 13 and should stop your runny nose. However, you may want to find a non-drowsy formula.

nyquil and airborne usually do the trick for me.

a antihistamine is for allergies, dont try that. Try taking a cold and flu tablet half dose. If that doesnt work try a full dose. 13 year olds are allowed to take these but are not recommended for those under the age of 12.

make sure you eat well, drink plenty of water and get a really good night sleep. Take some paracetamol for your head ache and hope for the best.

there is no miracle cure i am sorry, your gonna have to let this thing run its course.

good luck on your exam
