Dude i have it real bad on the back of my shoulders.. Its going away now.

1) Go to a doctor and get tetracycline
2) Go tanning (really really helps)!
3) Oxy wipe pads. Use morning, and night. and after sports.
4) Shower or wash your back as much as possible
