Can you please help me to balance out my schedule?!

Question: here is my current daily schedule:

5:00am wake up, shower, get ready for school, go to school, etc.
3:00pm home from school, do homework and chores
6:00-9:00 gymnastics everyday
after 9:00 homework until late at night

i would like to get a job...even though that seems impossible with my schedule. i would also like to get more sleep, if that's possible. i'm usually up til midnight doing homework. what should i do? i'm exhausted!

You don't say what time you leave for school. I would try to shower at night instead if it were me. Then your hair is dry and ready to work with- no blow drying to hurt your hair.

The only possible way to get a job is one that would only require you to work weekends - to that end I would look for a job in a restaurant( they always need week end people).

maximise your time: If you have time in any class or a study hall hour use it to get work done instead of trying to text your friends. If you have lots of waiting time at gymnastics ( waiting for others, waiting your turn, etc study when you can)

Or recognize that you really cant work with the schedule you have now as little can change. It seems like you will always be "working" at something- school, gymnastics and a job too. You are obviously young as you are still in high school. You need time to have fun too. Is gymnastics for school as in the gymnastic squad or a private gymnastics course? I mean does it last all year or just for the season? Could you cut down the hours at gymnastics? Between school and gymnastics thats 45 hours a week. That doesn't even count homework or chores.

You have your whole life to work-- one short 4 year period to be in high school. You should be enjoying some part of your life. Consider cutting down on the sports before it interferes with your grades because you are too tired.

If you are exhausted taking on a job is not going to help at all.
