How does one diagnose a hip/pelvis misalignment?!
Question: How does one diagnose a hip/pelvis misalignment? I'm concerned I have one following an incident at the gym, it is almost three weeks later and I have an odd feeling in my left knee. I know that knee pain is a symtom of hip/pelvis misalignment, but from looking at my feet sticking straight out, I can't notice a difference in length. How do I tell, or how would a professional tell?

A chiropractor can tell - usually without any tests or xrays...as I had one without really knowing.. but had various pain issues that kept coming up without real 'reasons' - once adjusted a few times I was much much better...so that's my suggestion - good luck!
Your pelvis could be tilted. The legs have to be measured, as a difference of even half an inch is significant. Professionals use calipers, measuring tapes and basic knowledge of anatomy.
I suggest you see a trained, certified physical therapist. I was half an inch off and feel so much better now.
