Is it worth it to lose the weight?!


Question: Im 16 and i weighed 178 iv been on a diet and now im down to 158 or around there..Sinse ic lose weight i feel even uglier all my skin feels lose i have strech marks my boobs look all strange and weird and my body really grosses me out...I was losing the weight so i could wear the close i want..but by body looks so horrible now i looked better 20 pound heavier..TRhe strech marks are the worst...what should i do

When I was 16 I went from 170 to 135 pounds over the course of a few months. Now at 21, I still have stretch marks to prove it! Though they irritate and annoy me, I would rather have them now than still be at an unhealthy weight! It was bad for my health, bad for my self esteem, and it made me cry in dressing rooms, among a million other things. I think it's important to lose weight healthfully and slowly, making sure to exercise! Just remember that stretch marks fade, and your body will eventually thank you for becoming healthier. And, if anything, there's push up bras and spray-on body makeup!!

keep the weight off, your body will heal it self. give it time. And you will be healthier from the weight lost. less likely to have heart attacks and so on in the long run.

being healthy is the key...
your body will heal and you will be fine in just a short amount of time.
if you just be as healthy as you can you will end up feeling great in the end.
also... try a positive additude. it is very helpful.
