No. You need a prescription. especially for the oxycontin. oxycontin is a schedule 2 drug which is very controlled and you need that prescription on a special paper. bottom line, if you need a prescription at a pharmacy, you will need one if you're going to buy some online. (according to U.S. Laws.)
