Is this an * A N X I E T Y attack * ?? I need your help please . . . ?!


Question: For the past few weeks, my bf & I have been fighting a lot. We live together and we've fought to the point where I left but eventually came back.

For the past few days I've been feeling very dizzy and tired. My chest feels very heavy at times. I have heartburn too. Sometimes it feels weird to swallow or eat. My neck and chest feels heavy right now and when I swallow I feel like there's somthing suck at my throat. It's a little harder to breathe but I'm breathing fine. . I feel numb at times too.

Do I have anxiety ? Is this bad if I don't take anything for my anxiety ? What are some ways to get rid of anxiety without going to the doctors because I don't want my body to become dependent one medication. What's your opinion and/or advice ?

It might be, i used to have the attacks, i get fast heart beat, tunnel vision, scared, dizzy, confused, chest gets heavy..sometimes last a whole entire day.

It sounds like anxiety to me. Just try to calm yourself down. Also try to have less stress in your life, that will help.

It sounds like it, but it also sounds like other things as well. If you also have a fear that you are going to die, it probably is. But, I can't stress enough that you should see a doctor especially if your chest feels heavy. :)

Have you try-ed to hit a pillow, going some place that you can yell & sream maybe hit something not someone to just let that suff out because if all thats going on & you dont want meds you have to fine a way to get it out with out hurting your self or taking it out on other when they are not the problem.
