I really want to regulate my sleep a natural way because I'm a young nursing mother and I just started my home base business but I have tried everything natural and I cant regulate my sleep. Does eating cherries really work?

I believe it could work. I take Melatonin and it works good i don't know how much cherries have. I work night shifts and on my days off i used to have trouble to go to sleep at night. when i took Melatonin i fell asleep very easy i felt groggy in the morning and had strange vivid dreams thoughs were the only side effects.
Chew some valerian root and get some excersize.

meditate to sleep, drink milk(it works for me)
