its a one off, something u ate
u are taking iron supplements and its no harm that its balck
if its black it cud represent a bleed in ur gut.
keep an eye over the next few day and if its the same, maybe ask ur doc.

if its very black, its blood..
U had foods/drinks rich in iron.
