Why are my hands always cold? Im also always cold but not as much as my hands us!
Question: They are always cold so sometime i even put gloves on when im on the computer or something. today at lunch i was doing my homework they were freezing and even as im typing this they are. i always put my hand on someones arm or something and they say im freezing.
im also always cold even when i have jackets on and blankets.

my fingers are always turning a gross pale yellow because they get numb/cold easily like yours do... i asked my doctor and it turns out i have really bad circulation. like, my blood doesnt transfer as well as most peoples do.
its not a disease or anything though and theres no cure... a LOT of people have it. usually the ones that do have fair skin. lol but i feel your pain!
have ur iron checked. anemia can casue cold limbs. also watch how you sit at the computer. the angle of your wrist can decrease blood flow to ur hands.
If you live where the weather is always cold, that could be the reason. I live in America and whenever its winter my hands are always cold.
most probably its only due 2 bad circulation or it can be due to some hormonal imbalance. i suggest u 2 consult a doc.
coolin is generally aftr sweating, if this is also there in your case then its not a big deal. but still do cnslt a doc.
I wish I knew the answer because mine are always cold too...even as I type this lol
