ive never fainted or anything i just get really bad migrains havent had 1 in forever but peanut butter is like the best thing i think lol if i ever feel a headache comin on i grab a spoon with pb on it lol orange juice too =)

What you are describing is HYPOGLYCEMIA not hyperglycemia. Eat a healthy diet of 6 small meals to keep your blood sugar more stable. Avoid concentrated sugary foods as they can cause your pancreas to make too much insulin which would cause a sudden dip in your blood sugar. Try to have some protein in each small meal as that helps stabilize your blood sugar too.

Avoid sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates. Eat balanced meals with whole grain carbs at regular times. Losing weight helps.
