Get some cold and flu tablets and vitamin C (orange flavour). Then rug right up and take 3 vitamin C tablets ever 2 hours, and try to sweat the cold out. Works well for me.

Cranberry juice by the gallon with cold and flu tablets!

you're a hypochondriac. please get over yourself and think about doing what's best for once okay? Maybe take some Prozac buddy.

thera flu daytime for work, nighttime for night

Not a big spice freak myself but a friend of mine swears by eating something hot, as in pepper and spicy hot. She says it clears her head like nothing else.

My best advice? Take a hot bath, and see if someone will give you a foot massage. The reflex points on your feet can help to clear your head, lessen congestion and help your body heal your sore joints. You might consider getting some lemon juice and drinking hot lemon water too.

Get as much rest as possible! Try getting some Vitamin C tablets from Wal-Mart. They usually have packets you can drink in water. Drink lots of orange juice and water and rest! If you are still not feeling up to par on the day of your new job, get some Dayquil (sp?). It works wonders, it will calm your symptoms and give you some energy. But I can not stress how much rest and orange juice (vitamin c) will help you recuperate! Good luck!

drink lots of lemon juice! MWAHAHAHA!

Guzzle water and OJ (Poweraid is also good when you are sick), pop vit C tablets, get lots of rest, take some cold and flu stuff from the pharmacy, exercise (even short walks). Even if you aren't feeling the best on your first day, do your best and they may see that you are sick but still putting in the effort.

ADVIL. WATER. REST.

you'll be fine, darlin'!
