The most common reasons for tiredness and lack of energy are eating habits and exercising. 4-5 Meals a day are advised, if you don't snack between your three meals, it is likely to believe that your body is going too long without food, which will make you tired. Also the type of food may increase your feeling of tiredness. Fast food and candies will increase your blood sugar fast, but also decrease it in a short period of time. Therefore, foods with fiber and other nutrients that helps your blood sugar to be kept on a steady level should be added (I'm not sure what you eat though). Eating too little will of course also cause tiredness, but I guess that is pretty obvious.

Too little and too much exercising are other possible causes. When you exercise "too little", your overall condition will be weakened, and you will easier feel less concentrated and tired. When you exercise regularly, your muscles will get stronger, and, your heart will beat slower, and you're able to breath in more oxygen. All this will make you feel more fit. Exercising too much will do about the same. It may tear on your muscles instead of building them up, make you feel exhausted, and also increase your resting pulse.

Your sleeping habits seems fine, most adults need from 6-9 hours of sleep, though 8,5 hours are recommended. Teenagers needs at least 9, but it differ from person to person. It is also advised to sleep all your hours at once. Even you sleep 8 hours, it is not sure that all of this are "high quality sleeping". If you're dreaming often, or having nightmares, this will affect the quality of your sleep, and you may experience a light sleep.

Dehydration will also cause the symptoms you describe. It is recommended get about 2 liters of water each day (more if you exercise), but you can get this from juice, fruit or other products with a high amount of water.

Stress may also make you feel exhausted.

In a few cases, tiredness are caused by underlying problems such as diseases. If you suspect that, you should contact a doctor.

Sometimes people need more than just 8 hours of sleep, I usually need 10 hours of sleep to keep me running.

im like that too. but i dont eat breakfast a lot or take vitamins and sometime all the sudden i have a big boost of energy and like a few minutes later is gone. i dont really know what it is. i was like really depressed around that time so i dont know ...

maybe you have a problem inside that you need to need to deal with..sometimes emational problems can make u sick

do u take milk??????
it really has several essential nutrients in it like Calcium which u know is also required for being fit n fyn. so i suggest u to either star takin milk or after consultin ur doc take calcium pills...

Low iron or blood count, probably. go to the doctor and see, my friend had the same symptoms and she has to take iron pills. You may want to try exercising, like running each week. This will keep you in shape and give you more energy.

talk to your doctor, you should have your thyroid checked, it could be running sluggish, it's a simple blood test. usually with medication it can be helped.
