Tired from oversleeping?!

Question: I overslept A LOT the past few days (Spring Break) and now I feel really groggy and dizzy and have loss of appetite. Just a few hours ago I had this huge wave of nausea - it was horrible. Is there any way to kind of... snap out of it?

I notice that I have exactly those same symptoms that you describe if I oversleep.

I try to go out and get some fresh air. That seems to help.

If I oversleep, I have this general "blah" or unwell feeling so I try to combat that by going for a walk or by trying to eat something healthy and refreshing.

Also, avoid sweets right now because I have found that it makes it worse.
(I was bad at that)

I know how you feel.

Maybe your blood is low from not eating. Drink some OJ. Take a vitamin. Get some exercise.

Just get yourself a red bull.... then get your self back to your regluar sleep habit!

Try an energy drink, I'd recommend Red Bull or Rockstar. Those taste the best. Or, try going for a walk outside.

just keep yourself occupied during the day and adjust back to regular sleeping time
