I fear places with no bathrooms?!

Question: On long car trips, I always get nervous beforehand and during the trip that I'll have to go to the bathroom, and the nervousness results in a real need to go to the bathroom.
At home, I don't have a problem. I can hold as much as maximally possible. But, on outings or unfamiliar places, I get so nervous until I see the bathroom for myself and know that it's there and then I stop worrying.

What's wrong with me? And how can i stop this senseless worrying?

You have what is called "bathroom anxiety". When you realize you can't use the bathroom or there's not one nearby, you start feeling an urgent need to pee. You might even worry that you might not make it and you'll pee your pants. (And if you ever had an instance like this when you did pee your pants, it could compound that anxiety.) This is quite common, so take comfort in the fact you're not the only one who has this. There are medications to treat this, so go see a doctor.

try to go to the bathroom before you leave your house, try not to eat or drink anything in the car if your going on a long trip and let someone know your fear so they understand that its important to you that there are restrooms close by.

Just pee in a god damn jelly jar

practice to hold on , try yoga for instance.breath in and out ,GET IT!
