If a person isn't hungry at all during the day, is it bad for them not to ea!

Question: They feel fine otherwise - drinking normal amount of water - just do not feel hungry - Sometimes they aren't hungry for two days - so they choose not to eat because they don't feel like they need to - Is that bad or should they follow what their body tells them?

They should eat.
Sometimes I can be a compulsive eater..but that isn't because I'm hungry a lot (at least I don't think so!)

But some days I am not hungry at all..I have my mind on other things...I eat some apple sauce, drink some pepsi (caffeine takes away hunger to some degree, btw), and I feel fine................but i lose weight if I keep that up.
I wouldn't necessarily feel bad for a long time if stopped eating for a while either. I might get tired or my mind wouldn't work as well, but not eating can make your system more relaxed...

so yes, it isn't good to stop eating just because you don't feel like it. You still need food.

Yes it is.

u still got to get nutrition and calories
i would suggest a drink as a meal...some can be really packed full of stuff but it isnt exactly natural

yes because you'll probably get a stomach ace thats what happens to me sometimes

sounds like one of two things to me , either depression or [now this is no joke] they might have bowel problems, i do and i can get plugged and not feel hungry for a few days
