Yuck! I been feeling sick since I woke up?!


Question: I woke up like an hour ago, and my stomach didn't feel right. It felt all tight and bloated, even though it wasn't. Now, it still feels that way, except now I've got some um gas and also I get a slight taste of vomit every 10-15 minutes. What's going on, and what can I do to feel better rather than rest and drink lots of fluids?

It sounds to me that you have a mild case of food poisoning. I suggest that you drink straight apple cider vinegar the moment you feel you might have to vomit. Better yet, take it before going to work or any event where the food has been sitting around for a while.

This has happend to me and I tried 2 tabelspoons of pasteurized apple cider vinegar as it is extremely strong. Grocery stores will carry at least one, if not more, commercial brands of it. Heinz is a good brand, but any will do. That is what I tried. Oh, and DO NOT DILUTE IT. However, be prepared for your throat and stomach to burn for a good half hour after you take it! This is higly effective and you should feel better in a good hour or 2. But It is quite nasty... just be prepared.
