Why do painkillers make me dizzy?!
Question: I'm taking Hydroco and it's making me so dizzy I can't concentrate. Can't even read a book without my head spinning. Why is this happening? Please help.

because it has a narcotic in it. I am not able to take these because they make me throw up. If they are too strong, maybe you should break them in half or ask for something else. You may possibly be allergic to the Codine
it has that affect on some people ... wish it had that affect on me my life would be alot better right now ...
its just too strong. take half instead. U may want to ask the doc for something lighter like tylenol3.
