Make sure your calorie intake is less than you calorie outake.
For example if you consume 800 calories a day, you need to be burning of atleast 1000.
Try running for 20-25 minutes day for 6 days a week and one day of complete rest for recovery then build up cruches to do 100 a day in sets of 25.

You will lose weight in no time
