no, you don't count it for 10 sec, you count for 30 sec multiply by 2, normal is 60-100 beats per minute.

if you count for 10 sec and multiply by 6 you can be off by up to 15 bpm

you don't count for 15 sec and multiply by 3, that is only 45 sec. one minute is 60 seconds.

the strongest pulse you can find is going to be on your neck ( known as the carotid pulse)

Hold the thumb side of the bottom of your wrist lightly. I don't know what the number is but I always thought you count how many pulses there were in a minute. I think normal is like 65-85.

ok when u fine ur pulse count it for 15 sec times it by 3 and that is how many times your heart beats per min the best way to find it it follow ur thumb down to your wrist in between apply a little pressure and their it is
