If I drink lots of water all the time will make the WHOLE of my body healthier?!

It will help your body in every aspect you spoke of! Plus you will be cleaning out your system so you will also loose excess body fat and water weight gain! Isn't that just beautiful something that's just natural can do so much!!1

Yes, as long as you do not over-do it.

Yes it is great for your body, it will take a month or 2 to really feel the benefits but it flushes out toxins from your body. You also need to cut out junk food and smoking etc to help too.

dont over do it though. you can drink too much. an athlete (push bikes) almost died through drinking too much in a race. he was saved by paramedics.

Definately, aim for 2 litres per day, dont over do it as you can drown by drinking too much water as your body needs the right amount of salt and water ratio.

Drinking only water and avoiding soda and alcohol has definitely cleared up my complexion.

Sorry to go against the general grain...but the 2 liters of water a day thing was recently disproven..there is no scientificly proven benefit that drinking 2 litres of water a day will provide any health benefits I'm afraid!

I honestly think that If we drink as much water as possible, It will keep us much more healthy than not drinking It.

I understand that most of our bodies are water therefore,It really must be good for you.

no water is good for you but it wont help your complexion, try eating root veg or Salmon its great for skin and hair.

i have heard two different sides to this question.you are supposed to drink 32 onces water daily. one says drink when thursty.i drink when thirsty only. you might try one ounce of apple vinigar in a glass of water twice daily.

*if too much intake of water will make the whole body of the person becomes healthier, then I guess, all the people in Africa & some poor countries do no longer need to eat food. what do you think???

You could try filtering it to.
It could make for a higher ratio of healthiness.

no.water is very good and you drink as much and when you need.It will not do all you said what will help with other things.You need a well balanced diet.Eat 5 salads a day twice a big hand full before meals 30 minutes.Eat plenty food,get fresh air ,sleep well and be active and clean .Do not eat fried,spicy foods and much sugary foods like chocolates,cakes and strong tea.drink ginger tea and peppermint tea etc.Drink glass of water with lemon juice i big spoon every day twice daily before breakfast and before bed at night.
