My boyfriend refuses to go to the doctor...so any insight as to what could be wr!
Question: This has happening on and off since last summer. He spits up blood,not like with a cough or puking up blood, but when he spits it has blood in it. He also gets nose bleeds but its alooot of blood. He wont go to the doctor because he doesnt want to hear anything bad. I wouldnt be worried if it didnt happen so often. What do you guys think?

The no news is good news philosophy lol, which is so wrong....Could just be a cut in his mouth, especially if he's a cheek biter. The nose bleeds could be broken vessels, and nose bleeds can appear to be a lot of blood. But, it very well could be something a lot more serious, and the only way to rule that out would be a dr. visit. If it is something serious, it's best to catch something like that early for the best possibility of curing it. Nothing worse then letting something fester to the point it's not curable.....
I think he better get off his high horse and take his sorry butt to the doctor and find out what is causing this bleeding before he wakes up dead one morning.
i think he definately needs to go to the doctor. spitting blood can't be good.
