Why do i bite my lip?!

Question: Why do i constantly bite my lip at times, some peopel do it because they're nervous, but i do it mostly when im bored, but i'll do it until it bleeds at times

it is usually a nervous habit- I find that if I apply chapstick, it helps me stop it

It is just a habit I do it too its not bad....Just try not to do it if you want to stop but its not necessary to stop.
