HTH!

when you stick leeches on you to get "high" its very dangerous and causes blood loss.

leaching is when u attach leaches to urself so u can get better and get the infection away...but it doesnt hurt..i would never try it tho,....LOL

theres aa little animal called a leech. It sucks blood from another animal. Doctors can use leeches to remove blood from a person, nomally where natural circulation has been impaired or for extreme bruising .

LOL
That's VERY old medicine! Leeches 'relieve the bad humors' by draining small amounts of blood from the patient. In modern medicine, though, leeches have been found useful in research settings, as well as to eliminate minor bruising.

And you can't get high off of it! That's just a silly commercial.

useing leeches for medical purps was something they used in the olden times. before they had the medical tech like we do today. what some of the purposes weree was: leeches suck blood. so if a person had a blood disorder ie. syphlic or johndis (yellowing of the skin) they would use leeches to suck out the blood. another reason they used it sometimes as a religious cleaseing of the body. to remove the evil from someone.

Using leeches to suck your blood. It was used in the Middle Ages as was bloodletting. Now it is used post surgically for bleeding control and circulation enhancement.

It is also a new fad that Demi Moore is promoting.
