Rush to the head?!

Question: What is happening when sometimes I `feel a rush in my head, vision goes hazy, i feel weak, and then feel fine. ? It's probably nothing lol , but I was wondering if theres anything I can do to stop it cuz its annoying. thanks

i get that a lot. Its caused by the blood in your body not being circulated well. I get it because i can get anemic but i know it can be caused by a variety of things. I eat rasins to prevent it which works for me (they are full of iron).
