You probably have inflammation of the membrane in your nose if you are blowing your nose a lot. Could have ruptured a tiny blood vessel.Not usually a big deal. Call a doctor if your nose actually bleeds for more than a couple minutes.Take care.

you caused trauma to your mucous membrane thats why you have blood stain in your mucus...nasal bleeding is a different issue.
