My throat has been hurting for weeks... help... ?!
Question: My throat has been hurting for weeks!.!.!. help!.!.!. !?
I got sick in March then got better in about 4 days!. Just about 2 weeks ago I got sick again and all the symptoms have gone away excluding this sore throat!. My throat hurts me all the time and wakes me at least 3 times in the night!.!.!. it's mostly in the back on the left and especially hurts if I talk or yawn!. I don't know what to do!.!.!. should I see a doctor or just take anti-botics that I have here at my house!?

Thats always a good idea em, take antibiotics that a doctor hasn't prescribed for the exact problem :)

You need to take something for that sore throat! Soemthing that helps you sleep! You might need to see a doctor!Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you had antibiotics to take you probably felt better and stopped taking them,big mistake,you just got a relapse of what you had,and this is why your still battling a sore throat go back to the antibiotic and finish them,if your still in pain ,see your doctor for another check up and if he /her gives you more meds,,finish them even if you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
persistent pain in a specific location (in the back on the left) is not a good thing!. I hate going to doctors and I despise medical bills, but you have something specific going on that needs to be checked out!. sorry!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mom, being a nurse, says to drink lots of liquids, and eat small meals!. Like crackers and bread!.
For the pain, I have these Halls cough drops!.
The exact product name is, Halls Breezers!.
It's for Scratchy throats and stuff!.
The flavor is some kinda creamy strawberry if you want to know!.
Their great honestly!.
I don't know if what my mother said helps, for it just got worse today and I actually went for her advice today!. xD
But, from experience, the Halls Breezers help!.
Oh!. My mom had also said, that what I have, {And you I believe} is probably just a virus!.
So the doctor would say to just treat the symptoms!.
So I'd wait a bit to go to the doctor just in case she's right!.
Because, then it's a trip for nothing!.
And nurses know about this stuff, right!?
Reasons to go to the doctor though, is if you have green discharge!. {out of normal color snot!.}
If it's green, then you may have a Sinus Infection!.
I know that's what I did have a few months ago!.
So only go to the doctor if you have the green snot!.
Color is always important I guess!.
