well, yes and no!. You probably aren't in any immediate danger of dying from the huffing - EWWWWWW!. But, you probably took a couple of decades off of your natural lifespan from all the damage done to your lungs, and the quality of your life will be impacted because of all the brain cells you killed or injured!.
Don't insult your body this way - it gives back what you put into it!. You would never put water in your gas tank because you respect your car too much!. Be as respectful to your own body - it is much more priceless!. Now go eat your veggies, lean protein, and whole grains!. Maybe you can restore a little help!.
